Service Description
This is an initial chat, so we can get to know each other a little, discuss what you are wanting to get from counselling, and how I can help. It's really important to find the right support, so this an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if you feel I am the right counsellor for you. There will be no obligation to book any paid sessions, in fact I will encourage you to take a few days to think about if you wish to continue. Please give at least 24 hours notice between your request and booking a slot.
